Puma Capital Group publishes first Impact Report

Puma Capital Group has published its first Impact Report, providing a Group-wide account of how its businesses created impact during 2025 and how the Group operates as a responsible, values-led organisation.

Titled 'Impact: The Puma Way', the report follows Puma Capital Group and its businesses (Puma Property Finance, Puma Growth Partners, Puma Investments and Puma Public Markets) becoming certified B Corporations in 2025. B Corp certification independently verifies that a company meets high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Puma achieved an overall B Impact Assessment score of 91.2, above the 80-point certification threshold and significantly ahead of the 50.9 median score achieved by the average business completing the assessment.

The report examines both the impact created by Puma’s businesses and the way the Group operates. The first section considers the impact of Puma Investments, Puma Property Finance, Puma Growth Partners and Puma Public Markets, including the loans provided, scale-up businesses supported and capital invested in smaller listed UK companies. The second examines Puma’s performance across the five areas assessed through B Corp certification: Workers, Community, Governance, Customers and Environment.

Among the report's highlights is more than £300 million of funding provided through Puma Property Finance's Impact Lending Framework, continued investment in employee development and wellbeing, and the achievements of the Puma Capital Group Foundation, which has committed more than £250,000 to charitable causes. The report also highlights Puma's Mission Lock status, which formally requires the Board to consider the interests of employees, communities, the environment and customers alongside shareholders when making material decisions.

In addition, the report provides an open assessment of where Puma can improve. While the Group's strongest B Corp scores were achieved in Workers and Governance, it has identified opportunities to strengthen environmental measurement and reporting and plans to undertake a formal gap analysis across the B Corp impact areas to help shape future priorities.

David Kaye, CEO of Puma Capital Group:

“Becoming a B Corp is not an end point. It is a commitment to continual progress, transparency and accountability.

This report is part of that commitment – an honest assessment of where we are today, and a clear foundation for where we go next.”
