When deciding how long to retain personal data, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, the purposes of processing, the risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, whether the purposes can be achieved in another way, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and reporting requirements. Further details are set out in our internal retention schedules.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
We also have procedures to deal with suspected personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator where legally required.
