£11 million facility to fund a 68-bed care home in Margate in December 2023. Set over three-storeys, the home is in an excellent location, situated next to Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother Hospital. The home offers residential, dementia, nursing and respite care.  
 
Each resident has their own private ensuite wet room, plus access to a number of terraced areas with views over the immaculately landscaped gardens. Residents will also benefit from enclosed ‘quiet’ lounges located on the upper ground and first floors and their own hair and nail salon.  
 
The home has received Care Quality Commission registration.
