£12m facility to fund the development of a new build care home in Harrogate

A £11.7 million loan to finance the development of a 90-bed care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The state-of-the-art development provides residential care for elderly people, including residents with dementia, and exceeds the typical new-build market benchmarks for quality and standards.

Residents benefit from a range of facilities, including ensuite wet rooms, a hairdressing salon, private dining room, arts and crafts room, cinema, physiotherapy suite, library, coffee shop, activity rooms and landscaped gardens.
