
Puma Property Finance strengthens legal team with ‘Magic Circle’ hire
Puma Property Finance is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its senior legal team with the appointment of Dhwani Shah.
Dhwani, a dual qualified lawyer in the UK and India, joins Puma from Clifford Chance’s London office where she worked for almost 3 years, advising clients on real estate financing and structured debt transactions. Prior to Clifford Chance, Dhwani worked at top tier law firm Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) in Mumbai, India in their general banking and finance team.
At a time of growing confidence amongst UK property developers, this appointment reflects Puma’s continued commitment to providing flexible lending solutions to the developer community. To date, Puma has funded over £2 billion in property developments across the UK.
