Our story
Over a decade ago, we were established as part of the Puma Capital Group - an investment group that specialises in alternative asset management.
Our mission is to provide flexible lending solutions to property developers and investors. To date, we've funded over £2.5 billion in property developments and funded projects all across the UK.

Strong track record
Working across a variety of sectors, we can assist with the financing on residential and commercial developments across the UK. We are particularly focused on supporting the living sector and operational real estate including care homes, student accommodation and hotels.
We raise capital from both retail and institutional investors, with a flexible mandate that allows us to tailor lending solutions to the specific requirement of each developer and project that we support.
